How to organize swap file on Hyper-v server?

By default, each virtual machine creates a paging file comparable to the size of RAM. At the same time, the hypervisor itself reserves space on the hard disk equal to the size of the allocated RAM. In conditions of shortage of space on the ssd, it seems to me that this is very wasteful.
Any advice on how to optimize the size of all these swap files?

Who's stopping you from turning it off?
By the way, God himself ordered on the hypervisor. Inside the virtual machine, you can also turn it off and allocate more memory so that the programs have enough.

Place the swap on a cheaper hdd storage, connecting it with a separate partition?
If an application stops running out of RAM, their speed will drop catastrophically anyway, and what difference does it make to you 10 times or 100 times?
ps for windows vm host aren't there tools to organize caching using ssd slow hdd. Those. use regular slow drives everywhere, with a cache based on all your ssd drives.
For linux, for example, bcache is a regular tool, stable and free.
