How to organize storage (photos and more)?

Hello!
I faced the following problem:
There are a bunch of photos (from different devices, from Siemens C75 to Nikon D700), which I would like to somehow systematize and share. Would like to have:

• Ability to tag files. This means putting labels like “Vacation”, “Nature”, “Repair”, “Spare Parts”, “Friend Petya”, etc.
  
• Flexible search: so that I can compose a query consisting of these tags, plus a filename mask, plus a date
  
• Killer feature: sharing folders with photos. For example, so that a friend who was there with us could see pictures from a vacation, links to all sorts of food could simply be posted on the Internet, and homemade porn - only to my wife
  

Does anyone know of software that would allow this to be done?

here Zoner write that they can help put things in order. I use their editor, I like it, but I haven’t tried tags and ratings.
