I have a server room (small, 2 racks, servers in one, network equipment in the other, dimensions 10x20 m, split system). How can I organize monitoring of temperature, humidity (is it necessary), smoke (is it necessary?) in it? What sensors and where to put? Interested in the opinion of those who have already faced such a task.

You can use HWg-STE to transmit temperature and humidity via SNMP. Temperature sensor included Humidity sensor sold separately.
