How to organize playback of video content on remote TVs?
It is necessary to organize the playback of advertising video content on a variety of TVs that are located in different outlets.
It should be possible to change the video clips being played on all devices at once and receive feedback on the state of the TV (on/off).
Can you tell me what technologies and tools can be used to organize this project?

OS is Linux.
Vlc player + scheduler.
For example liquidsoap
Video sync - I have it through the cloud, using rclone
Monitoring - zabbix
Remote access - through my vpn server.
I store the data in my own "cloud" - nextcloud, for the convenience of the customer, upload content, as there is a web interface. Plus, you can immediately watch the video there.
Next, the script for launching the sync by cron. Well, everything, such as restarting the player every morning
Now I'm just collecting such a project. Soon to launch
If on Windows, from inexpensive - radioboss.
Just people before my "option" used.
As for the return from the TV on / off

Forgot to add. I need a scheduler, because the content changes throughout the day and there are commercials, like every 5 videos.
If you have a stupid video from a folder - then vlc + script sync at night and then restart the player.
Management is also via ssh, through your vpn
