Choosing a video card to work with video editors?

You need to choose a PC configuration for working in video editors and Adobe Premiere.
The video is shot on a 4K camera, I want to work normally in Premiere.
Does the processor matter? gamers say "weak percent will not load the video card", in my case, the processor plays a role? Or will the video card take everything?
How much RAM do you need?

With all the questions “what should I buy”, the main counter question is what is your budget?
The most important thing in the video is the discs. So take the amount of your video data, multiply by 3 and stock up on an SSD for that amount.
RAM for office work now needs 8 gig. For video, you may need both 64 and 128 - it depends on how much material you open at the same time.
