There are a lot of parameters in sensors that are measured in Watts (Board Power Up, GPU Chip Power, PCLe Slot Power) Help me figure out where to look, or maybe something needs to be summed up to understand the total power consumption of the card. In the future, I will downvolt it, and you need to know where to look in order to visually see the difference in electricity consumption.

Power consumption X %TDP - relative value
Since the TDP of the card is a constant, changing this characteristic will also give an unambiguous dynamics - the card began to consume more energy or less.
