How to organize monitoring of user desktops via VNC protocol?

Actually, the task is to be able to monitor several cars at the same time, similar to how it is done at video surveillance points, only there will be not video from cameras, but from monitor screens. Regarding the RDP protocol, there was once a good RDCMan software from Microsoft, but it is needed specifically for VNC. The devices you want to connect to (Windows 10 Pro x64) have the latest version of UltraVNC installed. So far, I only know about launching vncviewer.exe with the parameters for specifying the IP address and the observation mode (without interaction), but this is not very convenient. Is there an option to make a multi-window image view with some thumbnails in a row at once (about 10-20 pieces per screen)? What software do you recommend for this?

There is such a clone of Stakhanovets, who once forked from him with a bias towards video surveillance - Kick idler (spelled together, but it looks like he is banned here)

Perhaps you have already found a solution, especially for an informatics office.
Veyon is a fork of iTalc, works great in classrooms, teachers love it.
