How to organize monitoring of used memory in Zabbix?

Hello!
I recently discovered zabbix, I'm doing my first field experiments :))
I want to build a graph of used / free memory, for used, I created a data element:
vm.memory.size[active], which, as a result, is displayed as unsupported on a specific host.
I'm sure I'm not the first to implement such charts.
Tell me how to overcome this problem?
PS: we monitor the machine on Windows. zabbix version - 3.4 - agent version - 3.4

The Zabbix documentation has a compatibility matrix regarding the parameters supported by various operating systems and their features. Look at the part of Windows, perhaps there is no active memory counter at all.
