How to organize mongodb backup?

Hello.
There is mongodb 3.6 which needs to be backed up and uploaded to a remote server once a day.
It used to be used mongodump, but after the growth in size and increase in the constant load, this option is no longer acceptable. almost tightly blocks the work of the database.
How can I organize a quick backup that minimally slows down the database? It is desirable to implement without restarting the database
