How to configure authorization in monge?

Hello everyone
Tell me, who knows - how to set up authorization in a hot mongi cluster?
The documentation suggests generating keys, spreading them across all nodes, and restarting everything together. You don't want to do that. Is it possible to just set a user\password and restart neatly one at a time?
