How to organize file storage management on another PC in the network via AD?

There is a CD with AD on board and separately from it on another PC file ball for all users in the office. I would not want to turn it into "what I want to turn back" because the question arose, how on a PC that is not a CD to make access control to folders?

Configure access not for local users, but for domain users.
