Is it possible to create a user in Active Directory using Rails?

Hello.
Is it possible to create a user in Active Directory using Rails, fill in the fields with the full name, note and assign to some group?
In general, what libraries / gems are there for Rails to work with Active Directory? In addition to the Devise gem for authorization.
