How to organize file storage? CDN?

Hello. I would like to hear your advice. News site, in the future a lot of traffic (30+ tb). Now there is 1 server on which the back, front and database are in containers.
While there is only one server, I thought about 3 options:
1. File server, storage mounted via nfs to the front and back (there is cms)
2. Synchronization of directives via csync, btsync (maybe another option?)
3. Upload from the back immediately to CDN, but with this amount of traffic it will be expensive. Can you recommend a good and cheap cdn?)

well, from the container, mount the file where the file is in the container where you have the backend

30tb is not so much, 1gb is enough for this, but it’s better to take a 10gb server on ovx and nginx there to return images, etc.
