How to organize backup from the cloud to users' hard drives?

Good evening!
This may sound like a stupid question, but I haven't been able to find an answer yet.
Is there an option with any SaaS providers that could back up to the user's hard drives? That is, even in the event of a disaster in the cloud at the provider, the user will have data that he could upload to another system.

OpenShift has the ability to back up its data. But this is only PaaS, but I think that you are talking about the same.
