How to organize the collection of site backups from different hostings on the same server, maybe there is a solution that I can put on my server, enter access to sites there, and it collects them with a given period.

And what's the problem, almost any hosting gives automatic backup, it remains only on the server where everything will be collected, set up crons and write a script that will climb via ftp and download them.
