1. Domain noob.ru
2. Machine with statics (5.5.5.5). Under WinSrv2012 used as a host for virtual machines.
3. Virtual machine #1 with the Megaprog application, with its own web interface.
4. Virtual machine #2 with the Megaprog2 application, with its own web interface.
We create a host.noob.ru subdomain in the registrar's control panel and edit the A-record for it on 5.5.5.5. Thus, now when accessing host.noob.ru (through the same mstsc), we get to the host machine.
Task:
1. Connect mp1.noob.ru with virtual machine #1 in the same way.

1. Все адреса указываете на 5.5.5.5 (при наличии единственного реального IP других вариантов у вас нет).
2. На машине со статикой поднимаете reverse proxy, например nginx. Можно сделать это и с помощью URL Rewrite в IIS https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/friis/2016/08/25/...
3. В reverse proxy пробрасываете хосты по имени на соответствующие внутренние адреса в виртуальной сети
