nic.ru are funny: with their own domain price, they could provide free DNS, such as R01 and other registrars.
In general, it is better to use this Yandex service.

It only makes sense in Amazon Route53 for complex cases (balancing, etc.). For the remaining 95% of typical situations, free options from registrars, hosters and Yandex will suffice.
