How to organize a Motion Graphics project in After Effects?

Pre-compose
Then everything is conveniently assembled using Nested sequences in Adobe Premiere and importing compositions from After Effects. Then, using the Dynamic Link Server, it will be possible to simultaneously edit in Premiere and make changes in After Effects (select the necessary material on the sequence or the entire sequence, right click > Replace with After Effect composition or import the composition, place it on the timeline, right click > Edit Original), which instantly displayed in the Premiere project window.
Everything is simple. When you make a project in After Effects, many scenes have to be pre-composited. In such cases, in the main composition you have only a list of compositions, and a background of one solid. That is, everything is very neat. Then, in the premiere, the project opens from the after, like literally a folder with compositions. You just need to select the main and place it on the timeline.
