How to organize a bunch of GitLab + Grafana?

Greetings! Question on linking GitLab with Grafana, maybe someone came across. In general, they threw off a link like https://gitlab.com/~/grafana , when you click on the link, Gitlab asks for permission to use profile credentials. I agree, redirect to Grafana. I'm trying to add dashboards, I'm getting an Access denied error. Actually, the question is what needs to be registered in the Gitlab Applications settings, can Secret and Application ID be added (they were sent to me along with the link, but I don’t understand where to add them)? Googled, in the manuals they prescribe how the "create" application in the gitlab, but I did not understand how to add it.

When logging into grafana via sso, you were most likely given a user with the viewer role, ask the gitlab administrator to promote your user to editor.
In the settings of Gitlab Applications - you do not need to prescribe anything.
