The problem is that when 4g is running and connected to wifi without access to the Internet, the mobile Internet is turned off. Accordingly, it becomes impossible to broadcast video from the phone to the module. I set the forced transfer of mobile data (in the developer menu), it did not help. I turned on the function to use only mobile Internet for a specific application (Kinopoisk), but it still does not work. I don't understand what could be the problem.

Try manually setting up wifi on your phone. Select the desired network and manually set the IP and mask from the DHCP range that the router issues.
