There is an idea for an app that will allow me to become a dollar millionaire before the new year. If the application is developed, published in the appstore and the money for it will drop into my account. How to properly order application development so that all three events happen? There is a fear that the first person to whom I will voice the idea will implement it himself, and at best he will thank me.

2. Hire developers to your office and keep development under control?
3. Do the project in partnership (for %)?

First, make sure that the application can only work using the Public API. And then such ideas "for a million" - the sea, but without a Private API they are not implemented.
