Cross-platform for Android and iPhone

Hello everyone!)
The question is this: I want to release a program that would work equally well both there and there.
Desired features from the platform:
1) The ability to create your own specific interface (maybe even with the help of ogl, I haven’t decided yet)
2) Adequate work with the network (well, I think there are no special problems with this)

How I looked at options: Corona, Ariplay, jqMobile ( braking, just horror ...). Does anyone know of any other interesting ones?

Come on, the platforms are too different to be able to write a high-quality, fast, cross-platform framework, if your application communicates with system things, you can immediately write applications separately.

phonegap looked half a year ago, Titanium too, both at that time were buggy. Thank you for reminding me, I'll review it again ...
opium , thanks for the advice, but I think there will be nothing supernatural related to system parts)

If something simple, then make a web application is better.
If it’s more difficult with OpenGL, using the cocos2d framework can help here, it is implemented on both platforms.
