In connection with this, a question arose. We have a need to promote the existing and already working project on the basis of VK and youtube further, for this you need to create a corporate logo, corporate identity, including nameplates for computers under stickers and just metal and plastic forms, sculpt the site design and the site itself and everyone thought to fit in 100k. We thought to immediately turn to small studios, with their own TOR, in which each page of the functionality is drawn on the whiteboard and there are comments on the functions for each page. They say there is plenty of money, the technical specification is detailed, but according to some comments it is clear that even though there is an overabundance of workers in the web development market, the feeling is that everyone, to put it mildly, "ate" and does not even want to help the customer, the maximum that they will offer - write TK for 30 thousand, which is expensive in my opinion.
In general, what I'm talking about - Here we have some kind of TK on hand (while we are finishing the text, but the general view is well painted), there are 100 pieces, you need to make a cool logo suitable for both the site and the VK and youtube groups, but also on company computers. To draw a modern good design that would take into account our wishes for the TOR, where we painted almost everything and made a CRM module for working with clients. This is generally realistic at a qualitative level and what is worth knowing or considering when ordering? Is it worth contacting a small studio right away, or is it better to look for a professional in corporate style separately, in layout separately and separately for a coder? Where do you go with such a task and budget?

It doesn't matter how much you have, what matters is how much it costs to get what you want.
