How to order a list of ip addresses?

There is a huge list of ip addresses mixed with subnets of different levels.

37.144.0.0/16
95.73.171.90
95.183.65.54
109.252.0.0/16
176.59.54.62
178.167.0.0/16

Is there any program that can comb this list by subnet? Throw out duplicates, group from n pieces into a specific subnet, etc.
