How to optimize the image on the monitor?

I bought such a monitor https://market.yandex.ua/product--philips-222el2sb... I
connect it to Macbook Pro Retina 13 "2015
At Full HD, something is wrong with the fonts on the external monitor ... they seem to be low quality ... very hard to explain, but when I look at the font on the macbook and on the external sky and earth I
reset the settings, but everything is the same
Any ideas?

@GavriKos

1) The matrix in the monitor is worse than the matrix of the laptop monitor
2) The pixel size is completely different - you can't compare
3) The resolution is completely different - you can't compare.
In general, the monitor, in my opinion, is somehow outdated ...
Well, just in case - connect it not to VGA.
