All that is not open.
You can open 7z, but after the files are unreadable.
dll can be opened, the rest is not.

How to deal with suspicious executable files:

• The correct option is to run under a virtual machine that is not connected to the network, and then roll back the virtual machine to the snapshot taken before launch.
  
• An acceptable option is to create a new system user, switch the firewall to full blocking mode, log in under a new user, run a suspicious file, log out, return the firewall mode, delete the created user.
  
• The wrong option is to go ask on the forum, and then run it as administrator.
