How to open the query console in 1C 8.3?

Good afternoon!
Downloaded the Query Console for 1C Enterprise 8.3 for a managed application.
I press - Menu - Open - I select the downloaded .epf file and it opens not the form, but the handler (see picture)
Please, tell me what I'm doing wrong. Thanks

Open in enterprise mode, not configurator. Moreover, the query consoles for managed and regular forms are different.
