Hello, I wanted to play the ECO game with a friend (Steam link: store.steampowered.com/app/382310/Eco )

I stopped at the moment where I need to open ports 2999 -3001 (tcp/udp)
Here is a list of my actions:
1. I went into the settings of my router .
2. I registered my PC on my home network and assigned the ip address permanent.
3. In the Security tab - Network Address Translation (NAT) Rules added 2 rules for udp and tcp (1 screen)

4. Then I added everything in the same way
5. I check on the site whether my portscan.ru ports are open .
As a result, a bummer. Ports are closed.
How to solve the problem?

And them, these ports, someone listens? Any check on sites implies that someone is answering on the checked ports. Start the server and check.
