How to get beeline support to solve the problem with the Internet?

I will write a more detailed story to close all superficial questions / solutions I
recently connected to the home Internet beeline with a dir-615 router. The router is old and never pleased with its stability, so I decided to replace it with a Zyxel Giga II (in tyrnets they wrote that it was OK and, moreover, it does not differ from the supported Zyxel Ultra in software).
1. I connected according to the instructions from the beeline website and the homenet forum (no magic, I can change a couple of settings) -> breaks within 1 minute.
2. I go to zyxel and download the latest firmware package (KEENETIC_GIGA_II-V2.03[AAFS.0]C4) - the same
3. Started a correspondence with sd.zyxel.ru. On the 2nd iteration of the correspondence (5th day) they said it will be updated to the latest firmware through the router menu (C5) - the same
4. I stumble upon a possible solution using unofficial firmware v1.11. Bestolku
5 I am writing / calling to the beeline - they say we do not support the router, go through the forest.
As a result, the question is: intuition suggests that the problem is not in the router (taking into account the simplicity of the settings, its popularity and the number of firmwares tried). How to get comrades from the beeline to take up the problem?

@StvG

the problem was solved and only by a miracle:
1. I connected directly on the advice of DevMan and everything worked stably :)
2. when I tried to connect again, the router suddenly stopped responding to DHCP
3. I tried to connect directly again - silence, complete
4. I finally break through the 1st beeline line due to of the cherished "connecting directly" and this is what the support said: You have now been blocked, and the reason for the breaks in GIGA II is in the poppy address clone (another Beeline user called them with the same problem and our routers had the same poppy addresses assigned). Changed mac-adress on the router and everything flew.
This is how it happens

How to make this block
Options:
1. Grid , browser support (75%)
2. Absolute positioning of elements

@elov4anin

1. Absolutely position the blocks
2. Numbers through a pseudo element - before/after and iterate through CSS count - then when adding new blocks, the numbers will be substituted automatically
