How to open port and allow ping for one ipv6 address?

Please tell me how to open ssh and allow ping to only one address, provided that INPUT and OUTPUT are set to DROP by default. I tried to do it by analogy with ipv4, but it did not work out to reach the server.

"By combining the network prefix and the interface ID, the node gets a new address. To protect personal data, the interface ID can be replaced with a pseudo-random number."
Are you sure the host you've allowed to ping is using a permanent ipv6 address?
