How to open port 80 if it is used for a router?

when I try to open port 80, it says "Since port 80 is used, the router WEB server port will be moved to 8080", but it does not change.

Change the port of the router, if it allows it.
Knock on another port and translate it in the NAT settings to the 80th port of the desired machine, but this is a crutch.
