How to open iframe in form 1c?

Good afternoon! I have a simple iframe object like this:

When adding parameters to the browser, Google Chrome opens correctly:

But if I open this document through 1C (file, open) or insert this frame into the html document on the form. then the frame seems to be unloaded.

At the same time, if you perform any actions on the page (initiate an update in the frame from the side of a remote web server), then the page is loaded without problems:

Can it somehow initiate "loading the page" after opening or something like that?
Are there any tips?
