How to open cfg files?

The password is saved in the ip phone (it shows **** in the web face), it can’t be pulled out of the browser, I’m sure that there is an option to do this from the saved phone config, but the downloaded * .cfg file shows a lot of this:

How to open such files? And maybe there are some other options to get it out of the web muzzle not described on the first pages of search engines.
