Freeswitch how to set up calls via vlan (Rostelecom)?

Hello.
The question is the following. There is no Internet on the PC that is used as a PBX. Only a cable with vlan from Rostelecom is connected to the network card.
There is a Freeswitch configured to work on a PC with Internet (it worked at another job without problems). If you connect a cable with the Internet to the second network card, the softphones are connected and internal calls work. We disconnect the cable with the Internet - softphones cannot connect.
How can I set up work on vlan? Can someone show me a link to the instructions?
PS: Google didn’t help much (the first couple of lines go to Astrix (!) Then all sorts of nonsense on the hardware, apparently a contextual setting. Under Incognito, the search result doesn’t change much, I sin on a proxy).

Register the route on the computer.
If necessary, create another profile on freeswitch under vlan
