How to open bookmarks from Chrome so that the structure is preserved?

Many bookmarks have been saved in Chrome, I want to unload them, and leave Chrome empty (I'm switching to another browser). But the problem is that you can open this bookmark file in a browser, and everything goes there in a list, without folders and structure.
How can I open the file differently so that the structure remains?
Interested in the implementation without importing into some browser.
