How to replace the profile in the new Google chrome 37.0.2062.120?

I have a local network of 25 PCs, all of them have chrome and each of them had about 10 extensions, 20 bookmarks and so on, there was auto-update in chrome itself, after the new version 37.0.2062.120 everything was completely reset, I decided to restore everything, put all the extensions on 1 pc again and copied the user data to my surprise after the files were loaded on all 25 pc, no extensions, no tabs, I didn’t see anything, after some time of proceedings, I realized that when replacing all files, if any mismatch of some code in the Secure Preferences file, all extensions are reset, please help, not any (synchronization with a Google account to get extensions) - this does not suit me
How can I do this so that chrome does not reset the loaded user data profile and does not reset all settings
