How to open android sdk as administrator from command line?

I only have one account (with admin rights of course). I open cmd and call android sdk but the program does not open as administrator, what should I do? From the context menu I know how to open it, I need it from the command line ...

1) find the command line in the start menu
2) right-click and click "run as administrator" in the context menu
3) type cd <specify file path> in the window
