How to open an old x32 Excel file with VBA macros in a new x64 office?

There is an old file with macros, in the new version of office with the x64 system it opens with an error and does not work, but it opens normally when using a 32-bit operating system. Is there any tool that can convert a file so that it opens on a 64-bit system?

As far as I know, the VBA code for x64 and x86 is identical.
Errors can occur when calling WinAPI, on x64 they are declared a little differently.
