EXCEL: color green if less than adjacent column - how?

There are two columns with numbers.
How can I format the text in both columns so that the smaller number of the two (per row) is green?
If the second (larger) number turns red, that's fine too.

I will show using the example of columns A and B.
PS It is necessary to select at once that range of cells in a column to which it is necessary to apply the rule.
