How to open an already running script on the server from another terminal?

Hello. I'm from a PC, with putty, running a python script on the server. Can I open this running script from the smartphone terminal and continue to monitor the progress of its execution? Not as a process in top, but as an application.

tmux, screen and all that to the rescue.

man fg
man jobs
This is if you don’t want to do it in an indestructible terminal like a screen or, in a normal way, as a service, but simply run it with & at the end.
