1. Install VirtualBox
2. Install µTorrent
3. Install FriGate in Firefox
4. Open a site banned by Roskomnadzor
5. Find a fresh working image (hackintosh) of OS X under VirtualBox on this site and download via µTorrent
6. Install OS X on VirtualBox
7. Download Sketch in the OS X environment
Not the fact that everything will work. It works on my laptop with i5, but sometimes it crashes.
Alternatively, ask someone with a Mac to open the file in Sketch and export it as SVG. Or, as suggested above, ask to install the Sketch with Avokod macdrive and export layouts to Avokod.
Now there is another free Icons8 Lunacy - https://icons8.com/lunacy
Especially for opening .sketch files on Windows
The web service https://www.figma.com/ imports sketch files. Even editing them there is quite possible.
The best option is to ask/force the designer to upload all sketches to https://zeplin.io/
This is the most convenient service of its kind.
It is possible to unload through the avocode, but it does not work directly, it is necessary through their plug-in for the sketch
Now avocode opens it for itself (although some troubles with rendering and the quality of the extracted pictures have been noticed). Also under win 10 there is a free application in the Lunacy store, it is also more or less suitable for working with this type of layout (it extracts graphics better, but less convenient to use than avocode).
Found a cool Windows program that opens Sketch files.
