How to open a port in a Mikrotik router?

There is a computer with the R- keeper program installed, you need to open a port for remote access to the server

to addresses=ip pc
but 2ip.ru writes that it is buried, why is that?

1) I also specify In in all port forwarding rules. Interface, perhaps this is missing.
2) 2ip doesn't seem to check port availability correctly. It considers a closed port for me, which is guaranteed to be open.
