How to open a .awe file?

This is a file with a project, downloaded from the auction site, adobe reader does not open, corel draw too, Artweaver Plus did not help either, I did not find anything else on the Internet. Any ideas? I also tried with a simple notepad, nonsense.

To whom it may be useful: this is an estimate file, not a project file, it can only be opened with the program: AROS-W, it is no longer on sale, but by phone support I was offered to help and convert a couple of files into a Word document.
