How to do letter spacing in Adobe Acrobat Pro?

Hello.
There is a pdf, there are cells for filling in it, how to make them so that they can be filled in and so that the letters fall into the cells exactly.
An example of what should work: www64.zippyshare.com/v/88O9mncS/file.html

1. you make a document in a regular WORD.
2. open Adobe Acrobat Pro
3. on the top right "tools" - "forms" - "create" - "from an existing document" - Continue
4. wait for Adobe to parse the document
5. a tool will open in which you can add fields to any place in the document . Adobe also independently determines "potential" places for fields to be filled in when parsing, but you can remove them and add your own.
