How to offer to do a general search on Habré / Megamind / Giktimes?

Actually being on Habré, when searching, it searches only for Habré.
As a result:
1. You can accidentally write a duplicate of an article that is already on megamind or giktimes, because you didn’t search everywhere
2. After the separation, some articles seemed to go to another resource, and out of habit you still try to search for them on habré.
It's just that they didn't think about it, or is it technically difficult and they don't want to?
