How to move the hard drive to another computer and not lose the bootable Win7?
On a new self-assembly computer (AMD A10 APU, motherboard and hard drive - nothing else!) There is a problem: when the disk is working, sound is heard from the PSU (and two different ones). A cheap PSU continues to work, making terrible sounds, an expensive one goes into standby after about half a minute.
Test 1 - to move the hard drive to another computer - was a complete success. Winchester works without problems.
Now I want to conduct test 2 - rearrange my working screw there. With this, however, there are questions.
1. I have a BIOS, the new one is already UEFI. Will the computer boot up?
2. I have Windows 7. Will it survive the round trip?

for windows anyway.
turn yours on as bootable
the problem may be with some specific drivers (unlikely), but not with Windows as such
