How to move the boot partition (350MB) Windows 8.1 to another physical drive?

Colleagues, hello!
I installed Windows 8.1 on the SSD, the system, as it should have, offered to create an additional partition (350MB), but for some reason it did it on the old HDD (perhaps because the system was installed on it before).
Question - how to transfer the download (or better the entire hard drive) to an SSD?
