How to move into the field of UX from QA?

Hello! Guys help, please, with advice and possibly a roadmap.
I have been doing QA for 3 years and it so happened that I specialized in frontend. I worked, as you understand, with designers and frontend developers. Have to test UI/UX frequently. I made the decision to move into UX development, but the field is new, so it's hard to know where to start.
Help with advice, a book, maybe someone also went from QA to UX? What pitfalls can be encountered along the way?
Thank you!

There is no "UX realm". This is a completely virtual activity, existing only in articles written by unemployed copywriters. The exception is mega-corporations, which have the luxury of hiring a few idlers.
In real life, this work is done by designers, front-end developers, full stacks - anyone who has at least some head on their shoulders.

A separate direction of UX exists only in the wet fantasies of lazy designers who dream that they will only move gray squares and design architecture in isolation from real design. So, of course, it does not happen. Rather, there were attempts to do so some time ago, but the result of the work was completely meaningless. As a result, most companies have returned to the usual pattern of universal designers.
In full-fledged teams, everyone is involved in UX. To a greater extent, the product manager and designer are responsible for this, but at the same time, any team member can offer their own solutions for a particular use case. And given that our designers are almost not good at code yet, many cool interface things come from development, among other things. The main thing is not to let typical PMs in here, which in Word will draw three rectangles with the text "texttexttext" and will drown for their "UX".
So forget. Either you are a full stack designer or a QA.

There are no specifics, there are no pitfalls either. Start by searching the Toaster:
Sources for Learning UI/UX for Desktop Apps?
Where can I find literature or articles on developing interfaces for windowed applications on Windows?
Where can I find those tasks (ux) for a novice designer?

Um, well, I don’t quite agree with the previous speakers, because. after all, there are UX designers who draw only prototypes, design complex systems (usually for internal use), think through the logic of the interface, etc. (projectorat.ru for example). Well, courses and relevant literature.

To begin with, I would advise you to look at job sites and see the number of vacancies and the average salary. If there are many vacancies and normal money is offered, then it makes sense to think further in this direction. There is a lot of literature, search engines will help you.
