How to move commits and change the repository?

I have folder 2 on the server. It contains a repository with saved commits for the first and second labs:

I want to link an empty repository here so that it is only for the second lab: …bitbucket.org/sidorchik/web.-lab-2.git
I want all commits from the old repository to be preserved.
How to do it?
