How to install smartgit without mercurial (ubuntu)?
When installed, smartgit is permanently installed with mercurial and you cannot clone the .git repository. Why is it so unclear. I installed a .deb package from the site. What the heck, I don't need mercurial. For some reason there is no such problem under Windows. In the settings I did not find how to change or remove this mercurial. When installing, too, you can not choose if I need this mercurial or not. What could be the problem?
